We all "focus" every day. We focus by aligning our energy with our
physical mass. This answers the "Who?" and "What?" of 'focusing' now let me answer the "When?",
"Where?", and "Why?".
When? Whenever you choose. ( Why do you ever not focus?). We're free to focus on whatever we want, whenever
we want to.
Where? In any given adult alive on the planet today, the act of focusing occurs on any one of three
places. The hands, the front of the forehead, or the center of the head, just behind the pineal gland. Focusing in one
location excludes the possiblity of focusing on any of theother two. For example, nobody who focuses with his
hands can focus with the center of his head or with the area in front of this forehead.
Why? Let's take each case.
Center of the head. Feelings and perception get married at the pineal gland. At this location, you get to
feel what you see. The brain provides and umbrella, a galaxy of previous experiences, thoughts, and activities that accompany
the "focusing". Ideal place to use to focus.
Hands: Why here? Because, "Screw it, Screw it, Screw it".
In front of forehead: Why here? Because, "Screw it, Screw it, Screw it".
Those reasons may not not make sense, neither does it make sense to use those places to focus.
I see however, that people let there energy condense into and infinitely small point at any one of these three areas.
And yet, perhaps only ten to twenty percent of the world's population condenses their energy at the center of their head.
